Give the backyard some privacy, keep a clear view through a metal fence, or make room for a gate that fits how you use the property. Start with the fence line and the access you need, then work through the materials and details with Jared.
- Vinyl privacy fencing
- Metal fences and decorative gates
- Walk gates and wider driveway access
- Fence replacement projects
Plan the gates first.
Think about the mower, trailer, trash bins and everyday foot traffic. Gate width, swing direction and where the latch lands can matter as much as the fence itself.
Make the estimate specific.
An approximate fence length, a few yard photos, your preferred material and the number of gates give Jared a useful starting point. Include any old fence that needs to come out.
Check the line before digging.
Confirm property boundaries, utility locations and any city or HOA requirements before the layout is finalized. Corner lots, slopes and easements can change where a fence belongs.

What affects the cost of a fence?
Fence length and material are only part of the estimate. Gate sizes, existing fence removal, slope, access and ground conditions also affect the work. Send your layout and photos for a project-specific estimate.
Can you include a gate for a trailer or RV?
Wider gate projects are shown in the portfolio. Share the opening width, the vehicle you need to move and photos of the approach so Jared can discuss a suitable layout.
Do I need a fence permit in Syracuse?
Requirements depend on the fence material, height and location. Check with Syracuse City and your HOA before work begins, especially for concrete walls, corner lots and unusual fence heights. Syracuse Building Department
